Day 22 - Arrivals in the post.

Today's post brought with it three new books - all a little bit odd and random.

So, as you can see - Hey Class President! Vol 5, Brilliant Blue Vol 1, and Great Place High School Vol 1 (older edition).

And, no, I don't have any of the other volumes in these series. So, why buy them? I Hear you ask.

Well, as Border vol 4 will be released soon, and as it has been delayed several times, Book Depository has ceased taking pre-orders for it - well, you would, wouldn't you?

So, to ensure a copy if it ever gets released in this country I had to pre-order it from Amazon. As the book was over the shipping threshold it meant I could add books to it and get free shipping for them all - so I went on a little hunt for cheap yaoi. Every now and then Amazon have books in stock for a long time and reduce the price quite low - to less then the standard shipping price of 2.80. So, if you add them to your order you get them for exactly that price - no shipping fees - so it actually pays to get a book or any books for less than 2.81. So, that's what I did. 

I did a quick search for yaoi by price that Amazon had in stock for less than 2.81 and added them to my order. Simples.

And that is how I ended up with a random assortment. However, as it turns out Amazon don't really care about shipping costs anyway as they sent ahead the cheap books before my Border Vol 4 is ready. Maybe to make room in their warehouse? I don't know? But it means they are paying my shipping twice and I get random yaoi - 3 volumes for less then 5.00 - a lot faster! All in all, not bad. Maybe one day I'll get the rest in the series!
