Day 57 - Oops!

Well, it's no great surprise that I missed a day - I spent most of yesterday either working or studying but the post arrived and I told myself if I get a second to open the package and post the photo. So, a day late but here it is:  

 

I bought this as part of my Penny Yaoi spending spree, so I don't feel particularly guilty about the money I spent. I think it only cost £2.20 with free postage so - very good value on the Penny Yaoi scale. Also, it is a classic in the BL genre. If BL can be classed as a genre on its own?

If it is then there would be all manner of sub-classes and crossover genres, too. It is certainly worth exploring! 

 

Anyway, I, of course, read Love Mode as I went through my pilgrimage of classic BL stories, but I read it online as a scanlated version and would one day hope to have the complete English language set. All for a reasonable price of course!

 

I'm starting to think that this blog should have been called 'the discount yaoi hunter' or 'yaoi on a shoe string' or something along those lines as I am always going on about getting yaoi cheaply! Trust me that is not always the case!

 

I just put a ¥10,000 bid on a Twinkle Plushie toy on yahoo auctions - I already own one but you can never have too many!!
